Chatterly 2.1 Is Now Available

We are excited to announce that the newest version of Chatterly is now available, version 2.1! Simply restart your app for the update to take effect.

Changes This Update are below!

Homepage Changes:

• Employee Analytics page fully redesigned

• Recurring vs. new sub revenue - Now tracked for deeper analytical breakdown of subs. On the homepage you'll be able to see your total subscription revenue and determine how that money was specifically made. This data will be tracked moving forward and historical data will be populated over the next 24-48 hours

• PPV vs. mass DM revenue - now tracked as well. Differentiate between what sells best on each account by looking at the 'Messages' section of the home page. Determine if the account is PPV heavy, or needs boosts to mass message sales. This data will be tracked moving forward and historical data will be populated over the next 24-48 hours

  

  
  

• Creators on the homepage will now show if a message has been sent recently near their name on 'Today's Top Creators'

Message UI Improvements:

• Message UI now allows you to schedule messages in advance to individual fans, such as sending reminders

• Fans that have bought in last 24hrs now have a badge appear on their message in the left bar so you know who is a recent spender. Historical data should populate over the next 24 hours

• Last spent date - added to the fan legend so you can quickly know who hasn't spent in some time, and prioritize other spenders

• Scripts can now autocomplete as you type them. Test it with a fan and move quickly!

• Unsend after X time on an online mass DM is now possible in case you can't handle the extra traffic it brings!

• Sorting is now possible in Message UI for vault, so you can find the content you need quickly

Notable Improvements:

• CSV exportable data is now in app - Simply find whatever table of information you want to export and it's done!

• Script statistics - view more detailed analytics about scrips such as how many times it has been sent, times purchased and more!

• Automation stats - You are now able to view how many times an automation was used per day. This should help with determining what specific automations you can tweak more!

• Fan Groups - now have more customization options available so you can really specify what fans you want to source

• Unsend after X time for the message online automation

• Resend Mass Messages & Exclude All Previous Purchasers - Head over to Analytics -> Messages -> Mass Messages and choose which Mass Message you want to resend and make sure to turn on the 'Exclude All Previous Purchasers:' option

• Notifications now have their own settings page

• Automations now has it's own section on the sidebar since we believe it deserves it!

• Analytics pages now auto update, no more manual updating on your end!

• Discord now has it's own independent settings page

• Texting ratio added to creator details (Total Tips + Messages) / Sub Rev

• End of Day and End of Hour updates from Discord bot added

• Mobile improvements

• Sidebar Icons Changed
